These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 36jlapp ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 36jlapp website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. 36jlapp reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the 36jlapp platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

As a registered player on 36jlapp, you are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes, but is not limited to, all bets placed, transactions made, and communications sent through your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 36jlapp login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

You agree to:

36jlapp supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other approved channels. All payment methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your 36jlapp account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 36jlapp does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 36jlapp aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• 36jlapp reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 36jlapp may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

36jlapp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum deposit requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus terms applicable to all 36jlapp promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless specific wagering requirements have been met.

By placing a bet on 36jlapp, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or event rules.

36jlapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable policy.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, as defined in our dormant account policy.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 36jlapp.

36jlapp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
